  • What are "tokins"? Tokins are rewards points that you can earn from shopping, sharing on social media, referring friends and much more. These points can then be redeemed for free products, discounts and more.
  • How much does it cost to join SMOKEA® Rewards? Our loyalty program is totally free! We do it to say 'thank you' to our awesome customers! You are automatically enrolled in SMOKEA® Rewards when you make a customer account.
  • Is there a limit to how many tokins I can get per order? Of course not! We want to reward your loyal orders!
  • How do I earn tokins? You can earn tokins in several ways: sharing on social media, referring friends, or by making a purchase at smokea.com.
  • How many tokins will I receive for my order? The tokins issued for your purchases vary depending on your VIP status. Silver members receive 3 tokins per dollar spent, Gold offers 5 tokins per dollar, and Platinum will earn you a whopping 10 tokins for every dollar you spend. That's 10% back in rewards on every purchase! You can check your current VIP status by clicking here when you are logged in to your store account.
  • How do I spend tokins? You can spend your tokins by clicking on the "SMOKEA® Rewards" link at the top of the site while logged in to your account or by clicking here.
  • How do I get a free glass pipe? You can earn a free glass hand pipe just by joining SMOKEA® Rewards and sharing on social media. For step by step instructions on redeeming your free pipe click here. This reward is only available at SMOKEA® and cannot be redeemed in-store.
  • Do you offer rewards other than discounts? Yes! We often offer free products, SMOKEA® merchandise and other forms of rewards other than discounts when redeeming online.
  • How do I earn points for writing a review? To earn points for writing a review you must be a verified buyer of that product. Complete writing product reviews sent through email requests or push notifications to earn review tokins. You will earn 10 for each review plus an additional 5 for a photo and another 5 for a video. These review requests are sent out 14 days after domestic orders and 21 days after international orders.
